The Chiropractic Adjustment
"Chiropractic" comes from the Greek word chiropraktikos, meaning "effective treatment by hand”.

A gentle, specific movement used to return the vertebrae slowly back into the normal position. This, in turn, eliminates spinal nerve pressure and nerve irritation along with resulting symptoms.

Intersegmental Traction
This therapy, applied at the Orthion table, is used to restore normal motion to the spine. It also features heat and vibration.

Diathermy
This deep heating therapy is used for relief of pain and local relaxation of skeletal muscles. It has many other uses such as treatment of bursitis, tendonitis, and osteoarthritis.

High Voltage Galvanism
Don't let the name scare you, this therapy is quite relaxing and beneficial. It is used for muscle relaxation, muscle re-education and for pain control. It is very helpful in the treatment of scoliosis patients.

Ultrasound
A deep micro-massage, ultrasound is very beneficial when tissue agitation is needed. Dr. Noll offers the latest in therapy equipment, including a device that combines both ultrasound and high voltage galvanism, giving both therapeutic effects simultaneously.

Lumbar Traction
Built in to the Orthion table, this therapy provides relief for those patients with disk problems and nerve compression. This is an excellent therapy for patients who haven't responded to other treatment methods.

Flexion-Distraction Table
The Barnes flexion-distraction table offers relief for lumbar disk problems. It provides gentle non-force movement of the lumbar vertebrae and is another alternative to manual adjustments or long axis traction.
